Section 801.10.30. Incentive therapy and nonprofit rehabilitative programs.

Members may be offered the opportunity to perform services for IVH through the incentive therapy program as part of their plan of care. Participating members shall be compensated at the state’s minimum wage for their involvement in the incentive therapy program. If members enrolled in nonprofit rehabilitative programs receive an income from such programs, that income shall be treated in the same manner as the incentive therapy program or IVH policy.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 35D.7(3).
