Section 761.520.8. Planting and harvesting periods.

In accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 395.1, the planting and harvesting periods pertaining to agricultural operations are March 15 through June 30 and October 4 through December 14.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.449 and 321.450.
