Section 657.23.6. Space, equipment, and supplies.

Pursuant to rule 657—8.3(155A), each pharmacy serving a long-term care facility shall have adequate space, equipment, and supplies for the professional and administrative functions of the pharmacy and to meet the needs of the residents served. The pharmacy shall also comply with all reference, environment, and equipment requirements contained in rules 657—6.3(155A) and 657—8.5(155A).
