Only original license certificates issued by the board of pharmacy for licensed pharmacists are valid. Additional original license certificates for licensed pharmacists may be obtained from the board of pharmacy for a prepaid fee of $20 each. The fee shall be considered a repayment receipt as defined in Iowa Code section 8.2.
