Pursuant to rule 657—8.3(155A), each nonresident pharmacy shall have policies and procedures to ensure patient confidentiality and to protect patient identity and patient-specific information from inappropriate or nonessential access, use, or distribution pursuant to the requirements of 657—8.16(124,155A).
