Section 657.11.30. Controlled substances annual inventory.

An accurate inventory shall be taken annually of all controlled substances maintained at the primary program site and program substations. Controlled substances in a pharmacy-based program shall be included in the pharmacy’s annual controlled substances inventory. Records of the inventory shall be maintained pursuant to rule 657—11.34(124,147A,155A).
