Section 641.34.3. Report of acts or omissions.

Each licensee with firsthand knowledge of acts or omissions in violation of statute or the board’s administrative rules shall report to the board those acts or omissions when committed by another person licensed to practice by the board. The report shall include the name and address of the licensee and the date, time, and place of the incident.
