  • After denial, suspension, or revocation of a license, the former applicant or licensee shall not have a license issued within one year of the effective date of the denial, suspension or revocation. After one year, the former applicant or licensee may submit an application for a 270-day initial license. For purposes of this rule, “former applicant or licensee” shall include any director, officer, administrator, chief executive officer, or other managing staff of the former applicant or licensee.
