A roster member who continues to meet the criteria for listing on the roster shall inform the agency if the member is unavailable for selection on a temporary basis because of illness, vacation, schedule, or other reasons. That member’s name will not be included on a list of arbitrators sent to parties during the period in which the member is unavailable.
