Section 61.9.25. Administration of the crime victim compensation program.

The crime victim assistance division of the department of justice shall administer the crime victim compensation program as provided in Iowa Code chapter 915. All questions, comments, requests for information, or applications for compensation shall be directed to the crime victim assistance division.
