  • Once an approved activity is completed, the permittee shall notify the department contact person identified in the permit of such completion through regular mail or E-mail. The permittee shall include with such notice a ground-level photograph(s) of the completed project. The activity shall be subject to final approval before the department determines that the conditions of the permit have been met.
