Section 531.14.15. Methods of service.

Notice required by Iowa Code section 252J.8 and notice of a license revocation or a suspension for the reasons described in rules 14.13(99G,252J) and 14.14 (99G,252J) shall be as set forth in rule 531—12.13(99G,252J). The notice shall set forth the reasons for the suspension or revocation and provide for an opportunity for a hearing. A hearing on the suspension or revocation shall be held within 180 days or less after the notice has been served.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 252J.8 and Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.9(3), 99G.21(2), and 99G.24.
