Section 531.12.6. Expiration of licenses.

Latest version.

A license is valid until it expires, is terminated by a change of circumstances, is surrendered by the licensee, or is revoked by the lottery. A license that does not have an expiration date will continue indefinitely until surrendered, revoked, or terminated by a change in circumstances.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement sections 99G.9(3), 99G.21(2), 99G.24(3), and 99G.27.
