Section 501.1.9. Authority of council—operational standards.

The authority of the council shall be as set forth in Iowa Code section 80B.13. The director shall, subject to the review of the council, promulgate operational standards relative to the operation of the academy.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 80B.13.
