Section 495.14.14. Procedures for deaths of certain voluntary emergency services personnel occurring in the line of duty.

Effective July 1, 2006, for a member who dies while performing the functions of a voluntary emergency services provider as described under Iowa Code section 85.61 or 147A.1, benefits for deaths occurring in the line of duty shall be paid pursuant to Iowa Code section 100B.31.
