Section 441.76.11. Choice of electronic notifications.

The applicant is responsible to indicate if notices and other communications are to be provided by the department in an electronic format through the individual’s electronic account, rather than by regular mail. The applicant may change the selection at any time. Notices and other communications provided through the individual’s electronic account are deemed to be received upon the sending of an e-mail to the individual notifying the individual of the notice or other communication.
