Section 441.65.52. Systematic alien verification for entitlements (SAVE) program.

The department shall participate in the SAVE program established by the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Service (BCIS) as specified in 7 CFR 272.11 as amended to November 21, 2000, in order to verify the validity of documents provided by aliens applying for food assistance benefits with the central data files maintained by BCIS.
