Section 281.56.2. Nondiscrimination.

The division shall not discriminate on the basis of age, race, creed, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, religion, duration of residency, or disability in the determination of a person’s eligibility for rehabilitation services and in the provision of necessary rehabilitation services.
