Section 281.56.12. Maintenance.

The costs of maintenance shall not exceed the amount of increased expenses that the rehabilitation causes for the job candidate or the job candidate’s family. Maintenance is not intended to provide relief from poverty or abject living conditions. Guidance regarding the financial support of maintenance is available from the division’s policy manual.
