Vocational education programs under the provisions of Iowa Code chapter 258 shall be administered by the specific provisions of 281—subrule 12.5(4), as well as the other provisions set forth in 281—Chapter 12.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 256.11 and chapter 258.
