46.4(1) The final state plan and accountability report will be made available to education agencies upon approval by the state board, and subsequently to other interested parties upon request.
46.4(2) The final multiyear state plan shall be implemented by eligible recipients of vocational education funding for programs, services and activities conducted under P.L. 98-524 and Iowa Code chapter 258, beginning July 1 in the first fiscal year, and ending with June 30 of the last fiscal year.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 258.
