The state must have in effect policies and procedures, including sanctions that the state uses, to ensure that its policies and procedures consistent with rules 281—41.611(256B,34CFR300) to 281—41.625(256B,34CFR300) are followed and that the requirements of the Act and the rules in this chapter are met.
