Section 281.41.610. Confidentiality.

The state shall take appropriate action, in accordance with Section 444 of the General Education Provisions Act, to ensure the protection of the confidentiality of any personally identifiable data, information, and records collected or maintained by the state and by LEAs and AEAs pursuant to Part B of the Act and this chapter, and consistent with rules 281—41.611(256B,34CFR300) to 281—41.626(256B,34CFR300).
