Section 281.41.211. Information for department.

Each public agency shall provide the department with information necessary to enable the department to carry out its duties under Part B of the Act and this chapter, including, with respect to 34 CFR Section 300.157, information relating to the performance of children with disabilities participating in programs carried out under Part B of the Act. This information, including such quantitative and qualitative data as the department may require, shall be submitted in a manner and at a time determined by the department. Failure to submit timely and accurate information may be considered by the department in making the determinations under rule 281—41.603(256B,34CFR300) or in taking any other action to enforce Part B of the Act or this chapter.
