The AEA or LEA, in providing for the education of children with disabilities within its jurisdiction, must have in effect policies, procedures, and programs that are consistent with the state policies and procedures established under 281—41.101(256B,34CFR300) to 281—41.163(256B,34CFR300) and 281—41.165(256B,34CFR300) to 281—41.187(256B).
