Section 281.41.186. Assistance under other federal programs.

Part B of the Act may not be construed to permit a state to reduce medical and other assistance available, or to alter eligibility, under Titles V and XIX of the Social Security Act with respect to the provision of FAPE to children with disabilities in the state.
