Section 281.41.149. SEA responsibility for general supervision.

The state shall exercise general supervision over the implementation of Part B of the Act and this chapter. Part B of the Act does not limit the responsibility of agencies other than educational agencies for providing or paying for some or all of the costs of FAPE to eligible individuals.
