Section 281.41.135. Written affirmation.

When timely and meaningful consultation, as required by rule 281—41.134(256,256B,34CFR300), has occurred, the AEA must obtain a written affirmation signed by the representatives of participating private schools. If the representatives do not provide the affirmation within a reasonable period of time, the AEA must forward the documentation of the consultation process to the department.
