Section 281.41.123. Confidentiality of personally identifiable information.

All public agencies in the state shall comply with rules 281—41.610(256B,34CFR300) to 281—41.626(256B,34CFR300) related to protecting the confidentiality of any personally identifiable information collected, used, or maintained under Part B of the Act.
