Section 281.41.100. Eligibility for assistance.

To be eligible for assistance under Part B of the Act for a fiscal year, the state shall submit a plan that provides assurances to the Secretary that the state has in effect policies and procedures to ensure that the state meets the conditions in rules 281—41.101(256B,34CFR300) to 281—41.176(256B).
