It is the purpose of this chapter to give guidance and direction for the use of online learning or the use of telecommunications as an instructional tool for students enrolled in kindergarten through grade 12. It is a further purpose of this chapter to provide guidance for students and school districts regarding enrollment of students in one or more courses offered by Iowa Learning Online.
