Preapplications shall be submitted to the Community Development Fund, Iowa Department of Economic Development, 200 East Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. The IDED consultant team will review preapplications, and written or oral comments will be returned to the applicant with appropriate application forms and instructions available at this address.
