The grain dealer license and all unused credit-sale contracts shall be forwarded to the bureau immediately upon cancellation, suspension, or revocation of such license. A grain dealer’s letter requesting cancellation of the grain dealer license shall also state whether or not there are any unpaid obligations.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 203.2, 203.3 and 203.7.
