Section 21.67.13. Greyhound breeder or farm fee.

A person who owns, keeps, breeds, or transports a greyhound dog for pari-mutuel wagering at a racetrack as provided in Iowa Code chapter 99D shall pay a fee of $40 for the issuance or renewal of a state license.
This rule is intended to implement 2010 Iowa Acts, House File 2280, section 5.
