5.3(2) Anticipated rule making. In lieu of “(commission, board, council, director)” insert “secretary of agriculture”.
5.3(4) Rules of related entities. To the extent agreed to by autonomous or semiautonomous entities which have independent rule-making authority but which are within the umbrella of the department of agriculture and land stewardship, anticipated rule-making proceedings of those entities will be included within the public rule-making docket of the agency, with a notation as to the entity with rule-making authority.
