Section 201.20.9. Donations.

Donations of money, books, games, recreation equipment or other such gifts shall be made directly to the warden or superintendent. The warden or superintendent shall evaluate the donation in terms of the nature of the contribution to the institution program. The warden or superintendent is responsible for accepting the donation and reporting the gift to the regional deputy director on a monthly basis.
