Section 201.12.7. Continuances.

A party has no automatic right to a continuance or delay of the hearing procedure or schedule. However, a party may request a continuance no later than ten days prior to the date set for hearing. Within ten days of the date set for hearing, no continuance shall be granted except for extraordinary, extenuating or emergency circumstances. The administrative law judge shall have power to grant or deny request for continuances.
