Section 201.12.21. Final decision.

The final decision shall be made by the director. The final decision shall be in writing and shall consist of the parts as outlined in subrule 12.17(1). A copy of the decision and order shall immediately be sent by certified mail return receipt requested to the administrator of the facility or agency at the business address or may be served as in the manner of original notices upon the facility or agency. The proposed decision becomes final ten days after issuance if review is not requested.
