An associate appraiser may apply for certification as a certified residential real property appraiser by satisfying the requirements of 193F—Chapter 5, or as a certified general real property appraiser by satisfying the requirements of 193F—Chapter 6. The requirements for each type of certification include education, examination, and experience, which includes work product review.
