Section 193.7.5. Statement of charges.

The statement of charges shall set forth the acts or omissions with which the respondent is charged including the statute(s) and rule(s) which are alleged to have been violated and shall be in sufficient detail to enable the preparation of the respondent’s defense. The statement of charges shall be incorporated within or attached to the notice of hearing. The statement of charges and notice of hearing are public records open for public inspection under Iowa Code chapter 22.
