The superintendent, upon receiving a completed application from a licensee, may authorize that licensee to conduct its industrial lending business within the same office, room, suite or place of business in which any other business is conducted except that no authorization will be granted to a licensee to conduct its industrial lending business within the same office, room, suite or place of business where the sale of tangible personal property is conducted; except that the sale of repossessed property shall be allowed.
