Section 187.16.10. Real estate loan reporting and disclosure.

Each licensee which is a reporting financial institution shall file with the Iowa finance authority and the superintendent a report showing mortgage loans made in Iowa, by census tract, in form and substance as required by the Federal Home Mortgage Act and regulations promulgated under that Act.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 535A.1 and 535A.4.
