  • The AAA shall develop written procedures for handling suspected cases of food-borne illnesses. The contractor shall report the occurrence or suspected occurrence of a food-borne illness to the AAA within 12 hours. The AAA shall notify the department within 12 hours after the AAA becomes aware of the situation.
